Check the package. It's not complete.

The bookshelf was missing the screw packs and couldn't be assembled, and it was heartbreaking to see my daughter

Hardware is damaged and needs to be replaced in a timely manner

Assembly wasn't hard, the hinge that links the door panels looks to be damaged, I'm hoping to get a replacement soon!
