Heavy box. Read directions and sort out parts befor assembly
Faster than ? Desk got here sooner than expected. Package was scratched a bit but well proteceted with heavy plastic. Box extreamly heavy. Continents remained sound as well. Verry happy.

Seriously the best customer service I've had in a long time. There was a side piece that didn't have the required holes drilled in it. Contacted customer service and had the replacement within 3 days.
