The quality of the bookcases is great, you can see from their pictures that the build material is great and the shelves of the bookcases are thick and can definitely hold the weight of a lot of books, which is exactly why I purchased it.

I love the bookcases, I purchased them 4 months ago and so far they have not flexed in any way and are very sturdy. I especially like the width of the bookcase, the books are a good distance from the outermost side when placed on it, all my books are safe and I don't have to worry about dropping them, recommended!
